Welcome to the MESC!

Picture
Looking to get more out of your stay in England? The MESC is full of people just like you who are always looking to make new friends and get more involved. The club is open to Enlisted Active Duty members, spouses, retirees and civil service members from RAFs Mildenhall, Lakenheath and Feltwell. And yes, we have active duty members (and they're men)! We're telling you.....you don't want to miss out on this group! If you're interested in joining, see our Membership page for more information. And remember, your first social is free, so don't hesitate to come check us out!

You can also check out our daily happenings on our Facebook page!

Who we are...

Picture
MESC is first and foremost a philanthropic organization, supporting the bases and surrounding communities. There are many ways we give back and we support our efforts mainly through Trader Winston's Thrift Shop and the Yuletide Bazaar. The thrift store is run by both the MESC and the MOCSC (Mildenhall Officer and Civilian Spouses' Club) and our income is based on the number of volunteer hours we accumulate. The Yuletide Bazaar is our main fundraiser for the year and showcases vendors from across the UK and Europe in a festive atmosphere over a 3-day weekend each November. We also run the Community Closet, a place where Airmen and their families can come pick out donated items that will make their lives a little bit better while they're here in England. Check out the respective pages above for more information!

While our main purpose is to better the lives of others around us, we do so while having lots of fun and creating many memories. Our club motto is "Live, Laugh, Love," and we truly strive to represent that in all we do.
We "LIVE" in a bi-national community and do our best to enjoy the best of both cultures.
We "LAUGH" a lot, and are always up for a good time. Whether we're hanging out in a pub or slinging tea for our lovely bazaar vendors, you'll most
likely find us with huge smiles on our faces. We build friendships that will last a lifetime.
We "LOVE" what we do and we love making new friends in the process. Giving back to our communities, both military and local, is key and we LOVE
                making a difference in both!
